The Ecoversity professionalizes local residents and youth into an empowered "Climate Workforce". It trains Community Health Stewards to execute soil remediation, cultivate urban garden plots, and manage specialized composting infrastructure, ensuring a consistent pipeline of cooperative labor and land-stewardship expertise to scale up regional food sovereignty.

The Ecoversity equips community members with practical disaster relief, respiratory fitness, trauma/pain management, and holistic self-care advocacy tools. By coordinating localized emergency skills, such as training licensed HAM radio operators for redundant disaster communication and instructing bilingual caregivers in culturally responsive care, the Ecoversity ensures that the Health Hub remains robust, independent of corporate control, and fully prepared for refinery incidents or climate disruptions.

The anchor institution is Cosmic Labyrinth, an LLC that features a directory of professional educators, farmers, engineers, builders, and doers. The advisory organizations are Ecoversities, a global network of education organizations reimagining education, WeCompost2, a 501c3 nonprofit producing education around composting, food recovery and production of community-owned composting systems, and Bioticship, a regenerative venture studio investing and catalyzing nature-base solutions.

Local partners have included CREEC (Carquinez Regional Environmental Education Center), Sunken Seed Permaculture, Contra Costa Resource Conservation District, Rodeo Citizen Association, SF Climate Week, Bay Area Permaculture Guild, and Cloverfield Organic Farm.
